CZMUDA S.A. was founded in October 1986 and initially only manufactured indicator boards for utility marking. The manufacturing of vertical road signage, which has been the basis of the company’s activity to this day, was started in 1989. Specialization in this direction has led to the development of many technological solutions which have become standard on Polish roads (e.g. double-bent sign edges). From the very beginning of production, we have been committed to modernizing our product line and specializing in this field.

Currently, CZMUDA S.A. is based in Olsztyn, where the main production and distribution plant is situated along with the management and administration units of the company. In addition, the enterprise has three branch offices which are as autonomous units supplying road companies with vertical signage together with an auxiliary roadway product range. These are branches in Katowice, Poznań, and the newest is in Warsaw.

We hold a National Certificate of Conformity which certifies the conformity of our manufactured signs along with a Technical Approval issued by IBDiM (RBRI) and the Road and Bridge Research Institute’s Qualification Certificate for comprehensive installation of vertical road signage. These certificates confirm the CZMUDA S.A. meets all formal quality standards required in Poland. To meet ever-increasing market requirements, we have also developed and implemented a quality assurance system in accordance with the international EN-ISO 9001:2000 standard which guarantees high quality in the area of design, manufacture and sale of traffic signs and boards. Our quality system also increases our competitiveness in relation to similar companies from other European countries.

The success of our philosophy has been confirmed by numerous distinctions and awards – such as the title “Leader of Enterprise 1999” granted by the All-Poland Economic Forum of Small and Medium Enterprises, “European Medal” for the sale of signage and many distinctions and awards granted at tradeshows where we have presented our products and services. CZMUDA S.A.’s leadership in the comprehensive vertical signage on the road and motorway industry clearly demonstrates the company’s credibility and competence. “Actions mean more than words ...” – our motto has accompanied us for many years and motivated us to seek constant development and customer satisfaction.
